Wyspio is a small, founder-led team, so every message reaches someone who works on the product every day. Send us a message right here, or pick the address that fits, and we will get back to you, usually within a day or two.
Help and support
Trouble signing in, a wysp that won't load, a question about your account or your data. If you are signed in, the quickest route is Settings, under Help & feedback, because it sends us the page you were on.
Report something unsafe
You can report any wysp or profile from inside the app, and we review reports within 24 hours. For anything urgent, or if you can't use the app, email us with a link and a short description. Read more on our safety page.
Investors and partnerships
If you invest in consumer social or creative AI, or you would like to build something together, write to the founder directly. A few lines about who you are and what you have in mind is plenty, and we are happy to share how Wyspio is growing.
